Thai coconut soup made with pasture-raised chicken bone broth, organic coconut milk, organic chicken breast, mushroom, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, and chili oil, served with a side of bone broth jasmine rice. (Available only on Fridays)
A quick note about Tom Kha Gai Friday’s:
We use fresh galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves to flavor our Tom Kha Gai. These ingredients, while beautiful to look at, have a hard texture and can be unpleasant to ingest (especially the lime leaf). We suggest avoiding their consumption as you might a bay leaf.
