5 Vegan Dumplings

To pan fry, heat a 12-inch saute pan over medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil once hot. Add frozen dumplings to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, until golden brown. At the 2 minute mark, gently add 1/3 cup chicken broth to the pan, turn the heat off, cover, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
To steam, add steamer rack to a standard wok or sauce pot and fill so no water touches the rack, bring to a boil on medium high. Add dumpling to rack and steam for 5 to 8 minutes (add 4 to 6 extra minutes if dumplings are frozen).
To boil, add frozen dumpling to a pot of boiling water. Cook frozen vegan dumplings for 4 minutes and frozen pork dumplings for 5 minutes. Do not crown the pot.
