5 Hand folded dumplings vegan or pork dumplings, Nit Noi Dumpling Sauce and a side of broth.
Vegan Dumplings: organic tofu, organic shiitake mushroom, organic carrot, and Chinese cabbage, served with a side of dumpling sauce and Nit Noi Organic Vegetable Broth.
Pork Dumplings: seasoned ground pork, organic egg yolk (Ox Hollow Farm), organic ginger, and garlic, served with a side of dumpling sauce & Nit Noi Pasture-Raised Chicken Bone Broth.
To pan fry, heat coconut oil in a 12-inch saute pan over medium heat. Add frozen dumplings and cook for 2 minutes each side, until golden brown. Once golden, remove from heat, add ~1/3 cup of water and cover for 1-2 minutes.
To steam, add steamer rack and water to a standard wok or sauce pot and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Be sure no water touches the rack. Add dumplings to rack, cover and steam for 5 to 8 minutes (frozen dumplings require additional steaming time).
To boil, add frozen dumpling to a pot of boiling water. Boil frozen vegan dumplings for 4 minutes and pork dumplings for 5 minutes. For best results, allow dumplings sufficient space to cook, taking care not to overfill the pot.
