Hand folded dumplings
Vegan Dumplings: organic tofu, organic shiitake mushroom, organic carrot, and Chinese cabbage, served with a side of dumpling sauce and Nit Noi Organic Vegetable Broth.
Pork Dumplings: seasoned ground pork, organic egg yolk (Ox Hollow Farm), organic ginger, and garlic, served with a side of dumpling sauce & Nit Noi Pasture-Raised Chicken Bone Broth.
Add steamer rack to a standard wok or sauce pot and fill so no water touches the rack, bring to a boil on medium high. Add dumpling to rack and steam for 5 to 8 minutes (add 4 to 6 extra minutes if dumplings are frozen).
Heat a 12-inch saute pan over medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil once hot. Add thawed dumplings to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, no touching. At the 2 minute mark, gently add 1/3 cup chicken broth to the pan, turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook another 2-4 minutes.
