Mango sticky rice - mango, glutenous rice
Sauce - coconut milk, organic cane sugar, salt (serves 2)
On a stove top, bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Using a steamer basket (you can make your own by placing a heat resistant bowl on top of a smaller bowl to create an elevated steaming apparatus), add sticky rice and cover, steam to warm, approximately 5 minutes. Plate the warmed rice, add coconut sauce and top with mango. Tag us in your posts, extra points for creative plating!
